Je me suis laiss\u00e9e porter par mon imagination pour changer un peu des l\u00e9gumes cuits, \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, \u00e0 la vapeur, en gratin&#8230; C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une r\u00e9ussite !<br \/>\n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e 1<\/li>\n<li>Courgettes jaunes 200 g<\/li>\n<li>Oignons rouges frais 100 g<\/li>\n<li>Petits pois non \u00e9coss\u00e9s 200 g<\/li>\n<li>\u0152ufs 3<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche 25 cl<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e 50 g<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808000;\">D\u00e9couvrez nos producteurs :<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/elcagette-roubaix.org\/?page_id=626\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les l\u00e9gumes<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en laissant la feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Garnissez votre tourti\u00e8re. Repliez les bords de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et \u00e9mincez les oignons rouges \u00e0 la mandoline et disposez les sur le fond de tarte.<\/p>\n<p>Lavez les courgettes, \u00e9mincez les \u00e0 la mandoline. Disposez les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au dessus des oignons en les faisant se chevaucher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>Ecossez les petits pois. R\u00e9partissez les au dessus des courgettes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le sel, le poivre et la mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e.
