Plongez y les \u0153ufs pour 9 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, tamponnez 40 g de tomate s\u00e9ch\u00e9e avec du papier absorbant. D\u00e9taillez les en petits morceaux r\u00e9guliers, autrement dit en brunoise, ainsi que les champignons et les truffes.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vos \u0153ufs sont cuits durs, refroidissez les dans l&rsquo;eau froide. \u00c9calez les et r\u00e2pez les avec une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 fromage.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients en \u00e9crasant les \u0153ufs \u00e0 la fourchette et en ajoutant l&rsquo;huile du pot de truffe.<\/p>\n<p>Placez une heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant utilisation.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Le petit conseil de Doriane :<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Bien entendu, vous pouvez vous passer de la truffe.
